Why

Tap water in the Balearic Islands is not considered good quality drinking water.
In the Balearic Islands 1.5 million plastic bottles are consumed daily and thrown away.
There is no bottle deposit system.
Only 18% of plastic waste is recycled.
The remaining plastic waste is disposed of in landfills or landfills or simply disposed of in the countryside and finally flushed into the Mediterranean.
Clean Wave wants to change that by creating a network of free stations in and around the Balearics.
